My name is Fernando Kittrell, and I am The Mental Health Pastor. My heart is to help individuals cross the bridges in their lives through The Ministry of Mental Health. I am a Master's-level Board Certified Pastoral Counselor (BCPC #979) with 30 years of leadership and pastoral ministry and life coaching.
I specialize in pastoral counseling for adults, adolescents and leadership. I seek to be nonjudgmental and unshockable as a pastoral counselor and professional life coach, upholding to the highest level of confidentiality and ethics.
Having overcome many personal battles and challenges, to include being healed from stuttering, I incorporate a healthy view of faith foundation and biblical perspectives into my practices while helping others navigate from hopelessness to hopefulness.
My goal, with the help of God, is to support others to transform negative thought processes and behavioral patterns into new and healthy behavioral patterns that create lasting change.
